I have been going to this salon since last year and I keep going back because my stylist *Edgar* always makes my hair look amazing. He is very savvy about modern trends/styles and experienced as an image stylist and colorist. He is a joy to be around, super friendly, kind, and honest. I trust his advice as my stylist and have always had positive results after each visit. Prices are competitive and worth it as well.

I’ve been coming to this salon for approximately a year. Ive always had my hair a dark brown color. However, that changed once I had my consultation with Edgar amazing hair colorist. He guided me with the alternative of balayage. For someone as minimalist as me, this is a great option. Not only did I get a balayage but worked with Edgar over the course & jazzed it up even more throughout the months to try different looks. Marcela does an amazing job with such a welcoming personality & thoroughly washing & drying. Iris, also one of the hairstylist, was amazing with my blowouts. Definitely a thumbs up for this salon. Their attentiveness on dedicating your appointment time to be solely for their client in chair is of utmost importance. Definitely recommend Edgar’s money piece.

So happy I bypassed the 2 bad reviews I read, and just went and tried this salon for myself. Service was excellent (color, wash and blowdry) and environment very welcoming and friendly. The best Salon in NJ. I travel from Cragsmoor, NY. Is about 60 miles just to get there. Julieta is my hair dresser, she is wonderful, but everyone else there are great. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I love the way they do my hair and the way they treat the customers. Top of the line products.

Stay away from Raina. I asked for a one inch trim for my shoulder-length hair and she chopped over 4.5 inches off my hair. In addition, it was uneven and so short in the back that I can’t even put my hair in a little ponytail. This, honestly, was a traumatic experience for me. I have had the same length hair for many years and have never in my life had hair this severely short. My children actually laughed at me when I arrived home from the salon. I have been to other stylists at the salon who were excellent and the eyebrow threader is very good. The owner did refund my money when I went in there the next day in tears.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went there for a simple wash and blow dry. They had a lady ( i think her name is Kathy) washed my hair. The water was really warm so I asked her to make it cooler so she turn the knob and made it extremely hot and burnt my scalp so bad. I screamed and made it clear that she burned me. I was so fustrated because she immediately asked to continue to wash my hair but I was too hurt to continue. Everyone that worked there was acting like it was no big deal. After I made a fuss about how bad my scalp felt then one of the hair dressers came over and offered to put Aloe on my head. They let the Aloe sit in for 10mins then washed it off. Another hair dresser immediately started to blow dry my hair and placed the dryer on the burn side of my head and made the situation worst. This was an awful experience. I will never go there again and will not recommend this salon to anyone I know.
