Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get my hair cut and they charged me $60. I thought it was reasonable because Alondra did a good job. It’s an okay haircut, but definitely not what I wanted. I still decided to give her a 20% tip, but when I checked my bank account, it said that they charged me $346. However, it’s still pending. I let Alondra know, and she sent me the receipt and she told me that the total was $117 and even then it still doesn’t make sense because I gave her a 20% tip which would only be $12, not $57. She told me that after the transaction processes, that they’ll only be charging $117, but that has never happened to me before, so I’m confused. I asked her if I could get the money back for the tip because it wasn’t what I tipped and she told me that she was unable to because the money was willingly given to her by the client. I went to get my hair cut and they charged me $60. I thought it was reasonable because Alondra did a good job. It’s an okay haircut, but definitely not what I wanted. I still decided to give her a 20% tip, but when I checked my bank account, it said that they charged me $346. However, it’s still pending. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had the worst first experience and will never go back again! I went in to color my hair on Saturday 8/29/20 I was originally blonde but I tried to dye my own hair to a darker color which isn’t a good idea because you’ll miss areas. So I researched and found this salon which is near my home. I was excited to find a salon and new stylist. The person I got was still learning so one of the other stylist helped her choose a color which ended up not covering the areas. So they dyed it again by the help of Brenda. I saw some lighter areas which can happen. Once I got home I saw blonde spots that weren’t even touched. I called the next day to try and set up and appt so they can finish the work but wanted Brenda since she seemed experience. No answer til I 5:30pm she says she’ll message me later. Then the next which is Monday at 3pm she calls we talk and I was explaing myself so she knew the full story bc she had thought I bleached my own hair. And as im just expressing myself and tries to talk over me and rushing me. Which I was not being rude nor disrespectful in any way. She ends up hanging up on me then text me “When your ready to let me talk le me know so I can explain you the process you came with really bad hairIt wasn’t a color gloss that you need..You need it color correctionI’m busy now and you won’t let me explain to you” I reply nicely still but this unacceptable and so unprofessional of her especially coming from the management position. She replied to me again then I just asked to speak to the owner which is now going on Thursday no reply nor call. The fact that she let me walk out like that.very unprofessional staff. Blanca needs to go back to hair dressing school. or at least do her job right. the reviews are awful. I can now see why…This is not what I wanted. She kept insisting this was the color I asked for when you can clearly see that Caramel isn’t there. She posted honey on her on story.
