I have been saying for years, this is the best salon in town. I went to a salon in Corsicana a month ago and it was like day and night(mare). Artisan is wonderful. I didn’t feel a thing as they were trimming and filing. The massages are sleep inducing, the employees are courteous and very welcoming. Will definitely be back!

Made an appt the day before and they didn’t start until 40 minutes after the appointment time. The nail techs are nice but did a bad job. Three of my nails are crooked even after I told her they were crooked and she halfway fixed them. The color I picked out is not even close to the color I got. I told her as she was doing the dip and she said it would be the same color when it was done. When I got it to the front I showed them side-by-side the color I asked for and what I got and they just said sorry and kept asking for payment. They did not try to fix it or anything. My friend was with me and we got pedicures at the same time. They literally burnt her toes to where they were red because they wrapped the hot towel around her foot when it was way too hot. Will not come here again.

It’s always a hit or miss who you get when going to a nail salon. Some girls take their time and know what they are doing and some rush and leave nails unfinished. This was my second visit. I don’t get my nails done because I’m always having issues with someone missing a step to applying acrylic nails, I get burned or someone doesn’t cover the nail fully. This time, my pinky toe nail wasn’t done all the way and she rushed through barely filing any of my toe nails. She missed steps to doing my finger nails like cleaning up my cuticles. I’m just so sick and tired of spending over $100+ at these nail salons and they are never consistent.

I have gone here a couple of times in the past however I went in to get my nails done for my engagement, however all I wanted was v-tip dip nails. The guy said he would charge me $70 and then changed his mind and said $80. I was in shock at the price, I told the girl up front that I will go somewhere else and she nodded her head in agreement that the price was way too high. I then went to Star Nails down the road, my total was $54! The nails came out picture perfect! Loved them!

I come here regularly because you can always get a tech on short notice and they get you in and out pretty quickly. Like most other places, I’ve had good pedicures here and I’ve had so-so pedicures here. If you’re focused more on speed and convenience than you are on a nice, relaxing, consistent experience – this is the place for you. Pedicure, Manicure

I wouldn’t go back. I waited 30 min at the front, 30 minutes in a chair and then was asked to move only for someone else to sit in my chair. After I was promise 2 times I was next in line (5 min wait) for the pedicure. I tried to be patient given it was a Sunday around 1130 AM. Needless to say my pedicure was rushed and they didn’t bother with the manicure I asked for. They just moved me to another table for my tows to dry. No stamp card either offered to me despite me saying I was new. I just moved here in April so on to the next one!!!

Been coming here for a while with my mother in law. Service is not great they don’t listen they pick what they want to put on you. They are very pushy and rushes you threw everything. Wouldn’t recommend if you want good quality and let’s not began on them not being very sanitary. They use the same stuff on all their clients without cleaning ! Ik bc I’ve seen it happen ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Probably the worst experience I have had getting my nails done here so far. I am disappointed with the outcome. I don’t notmally get my nails done but once every few months. I understand being busy and trying to get to the next customer, but quality over quantity really matters. A few extra minutes goes a really long way. My toes on the other hand were done by someone else and they look phenomenal. Even so, I don’t know if I will return here.
