I went here for the first time today and am thrilled with my experience. I was able to get a next-day appointment and when I arrived 10 minutes early, I was immediately taken. Danny was my technician and he was polite, professional and very appreciative of my business. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect with my nails. The salon itself was very clean and that scores high on my satisfaction list. I will definitely be going back; I have found my favorite tech and salon!

My daughter and I love to get our nails done here. Sadly, I had appointment and due to an accident slowing traffic, we were going to be 10 minutes late. I called to let them know and they informed me that they couldn’t wait and had no other appointmenrs available. I had to find another place. They do excellent work if you make an appointment and are on time.

I started going here a few years a ago. The new owners are rude and only care about making money. The man told me my nails were strong enough for Shellac again. However, my nails are now cracking and breaking after he did them. I have NEVER had my nails break when i had Shellac put on. He cut my cuticle and made it bleed. He didn’t get the polish close enough to my cuticle, so after 5 days, it looks like they were done 1 1/2 weeks ago. I went back and the woman there was rude and ptetened my nails were fine. I will never go back there!

I never thought I’d be in the position of giving a bad review, but here we are. I just left after getting a fill. While they do good work, my experience was less than desirable. First off, after choosing a color off their samples, it wasn’t until she opened the bottle of paint that I knew the actual color of the polish (i requested an off white color, and the real color was a bright baby pink). She stated the sample was faded because of the sun. Okay, fine. When I stated I didnt want the color it actually turned out to be, I grabbed the samples to quickly pick a different color, only to find out from my husband that he caught her when she rolled her eyes at me for not wanting the original color. The original color that wasn’t even shown accurately in the samples to begin with. I quickly choose the same color I had previously. We finish the job, and I’m charged TWICE as much as what the fill price is advertised for. She sees I’m confused and looking at the sign to figure out why I’m being charged so much. Then she proceeds to tell me the reasons my price is twice as high (fix a “broken” nail (bad acrylic that had chipped off that she would have covered over anyway) and charge for new files.) I came to this salon because it was advertised as one of the best in Tigard, however they are very short and cold to the customers and clearly very rude to them. Go somewhere else to get your nails done. They make up prices as they see fit and treat you like an inconvenience.

I have tried this place 3 times because of their reviews. Each time I have found them to be rude. No reason for me to try a 4th time with so many nail salons in the area. I ended up going to the new salon on Hall street, MP Nails. They gave outstanding service, great prices and clean environment.
