After my second visit, I wasn’t overly pleased with my hair after I went home and blow dried it BUT I called them and they were able to take me back the same day. The manager was involved in the process because she wanted to ensure I left happy with my hair. Both my hairdresser and the manager were very polite, professional, and had great customer service! Having just recently moved to the area, I was looking for a reputable salon with reasonable prices. Artisan Hair Design quickly fit me into their schedule, which both myself (and my hair!) greatly appreciated. I was placed with Sousan, who is so kind and friendly and gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. She worked quickly, efficiently, and gave an amazing blowout at the end, too. The warm cup of coffee in the morning was great as well. This salon feels like a family, and I look forward to coming back.

The staff at Artisan are fantastic in every way. Debbie, my stylist is an expert in hair color and has done a fantastic job of always making my hair look great, both in color and style. I have been a devoted patron of Artisan Hair design for over 10 years. No one does hair better! Wendy does a fabulous job on me with her skills at the flashback, just a hint of gray that makes it incredibly natural. My co workers exclaim , “Oh have you lost weight ?” You look younger.. Couple the service that is Par excellence, with a genuinely friendly staff and you actually have a great place to go on a Saturday morning. A lively light atmosphere makes it much more fun than a barber shop. In short GREAT PLACE, GREAT SERVICE GREAT PEOPLE
