This salon is very focused on your experience in the best way possible. Hand massage while you wait including a complimentary jewelry cleaning, scalp, head a neck massage during your services not to mention genuine and sweet staff. My hair turned out great and I booked my follow up before I even left. Definitely sold as a new client.

Staff is very friendly but I was really underwhelmed by the services I received. I asked for a blonding and color process to get red tones out of my hair and was given a “bleach wash” and toner (not the color process I asked for) This was about 2 hours of my hair being run under water with bleach combed through it resulting in barely a shade lighter than what I came in with and my hair looking like a brass doorknob after 2 weeks (like seriously super red). This was $300 without a cut and excluding tip, and I really just feel that I should have seen some kind of improvement for that kind of money. I’ve had blonding done to my hair many times and never had it done quite like this, it was as if my stylist was scared to apply bleach to my hair (which was actually very healthy as I had stopped processing my hair for months).

My experience was wonderful as always. I was stuck in construction on the way and was 15 minutes late. Everyone was so nice and made me feel relaxed immediately. I really enjoyed my head massage as well as my hand treatment. I always leave feeling so much better than when I came.

Lovely little salon in Murrysville, very nice people working there, and my stylist, Beth did a fantastic job on my hair. Rachel did my eyelash extensions and they look great. It is an extremely friendly environment, with a really classy edge to it. I loved the place and will definitely be going back!

I had the most horrible experience at this salon. I have been coloring my hair for 20 years and I have never had it damaged to the point of breaking. My hair felt like straw when I left the salon. Over the next few days it was gummy and breaking off at the root. I had so much breakage all over my head. I called and went back to the salon. The owner said it was my fault since I am not using high end products. I have never had this problem before while using the same products. In fact, most hair stylists have told me the products are not worth spending a lot of money on. I had trouble getting them to accommodate my schedule to have conditioning treatments put in my hair. When I get out of the shower I cannot get a comb through my hair without loading it with leave in conditioner. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…AND THE OWNER DID NOT REFUND ME OR DO ANYTHING TO HELP…SHE BLAMED ME

My daughter contacted Artisan to schedule a hair, mani,pedi and tanning appointments for her bridesmaids, Mothers,flowergirl and of course herself. She got a response back saying that they would not be able to accommodate her appointment because she was not a current guest. My daughter got a job in California after graduating from Franklin Regional so she obviously can’t get her hair done in Murrysville when she lives out state. But when she choose to have a hometown wedding she automatically wanted to have her hair done at a place that she used to go to.
