We had set up an appointment to get a kids haircut and showed them pictures of what we had wanted. Even went as far as to tell them that we wanted it a little longer for any error from my son moving. They ended up cutting it a lot shorter than we had wanted. We mentioned a small discount after the fact the hair was not in any way good. Immediately off the bat they were hostile at the fact I brought up a discount. Saying that we were going to not pay whatsoever, which is not what we planned on doing. They, without my consent, took pictures of our underage child and were saying things to a five year old that they should have held their tongues for. (Being professional and all) They also decided to tell literally anyone within earshot that we planned on flaking out and not paying.

Always clean. Love the graphics as they give me plenty to look at if I have a brief wait. I’m always happy with my hair after my cuts. Very detail oriented with an obvious desire to make the customer happy. Plenty of excellent products available for purchase. A definite asset to Georgetown!!
