Emma and Kim are amazing! I was in last night to get my dip done, as usual. I was placed with the male that works at the front station. To say my nails look awful, and just blobbed on would be be an understatement. If I did not know that Emma and Kim were as good as they are – I would have just walked out and not came back. Will return – but ONLY REQUESTING KIM OR EMMA – the male does sloppy sloppy work. My nails look like trash.

Me and my daughter sat and waited to get our nails done for over an hour. So we left there was only one other there to get their nails done. They say walk-ins welcome but sitting and waiting over an hour is ridiculous.

If you go call and make an appointment with Emma. She is great with nails. I always request her mom for my pedicures. Prices seem about average to similar places. Very friendly.

I typically let things go and am not picky but probably the worst experience I have been had at a nail salon. Made an appointment the day before I came in. Was there right on time and waited 30 minutes and that wasn’t even really my issue. I am so upset with the service I received. The woman doing my nails barely spoke to me the entire time and I could tell she was in a rush. She was so rough with the tools while doing my nails I said OUCH 3 times and she pay no attention to me. Was not gentle at all kept smacking my hand when I would move them unintentionally. My nails are very thin and the polish job was so rushed she literally missed a lot of spots. Getting my nails done is a treat and typically a time to relax. I felt like I was at McDonald’s with the way the rush people in and out. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I held off posting a review only because I did not know the name of the woman who did my nails, but I decided that she did such a wonderful job that the salon as a whole deserved a good review. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and a their service. I have asked for salons to do specific nail patterns before and I was never in love with them, but I asked if she could do these and she assured me they can do anything I want as long as I show a picture which I did. Every step that affected the final outcome (length, shape, color, design) she asked me if it was okay before proceeding which I appreciated A TON. She was a very nice the whole time and very helpful. My previous nails were starting to get a weird film on them which I tried over and over to wash it off and it never helped. She informed me of why that happens and how to fix it for this go around and it worked! On top of all of that, I absolutely LOVED the outcome. By far my favorite nails I’ve ever gotten. When I first had them done they looked like my real nails and were shaped perfectly. I attaching the picture that I showed her and my nails now, 3 WEEKS FOLLOWING. My nails have looked amazing until probably 2 days ago when the grow out started becoming more noticeable. If I lived closer, this would be my go to salon for sure. Highly recommend anyone going there.
