Critical: QualityI really enjoyed my first few times coming here but will not be back. The past two times have been extremely disappointing. The gel manicure had very thin coats that you can see through (even when I asked for extra), and very messy work. I really enjoyed my first few times coming here but will not be back. The past two times have been extremely disappointing. The gel manicure had very thin coats that you can see through (even when I asked for extra), and very messy work. Edges weren’t cleaned and I didn’t even realize until I left that part of the gel polish had been wiped off on the side of my nail.

Critical: QualityGreat environment and free wine, but the eye for detail isn’t fully there. My nail technician didn’t fully take off my prior nail polish (you can see the blue showing through in some of the pictures) and missed several spots (seen in pictures) and seemed annoyed when I pointed it out. Then, halfway through drying my French manicure’s white tips there were streaks on over half. She was cooperative and tried fixing it, but overall not the best nail job… really nice staff though and I do recommend their pedicures!Edit: 3 days later and 4 of my nails have chipped and all have spots, streaks, and/or bubbles. My nail technician didn’t fully take off my prior nail polish (you can see the blue showing through in some of the pictures) and missed several spots (seen in pictures) and seemed annoyed when I pointed it out.
