My colleague and I are on a two week work assignment in Reston. To that end, maintenance was required. I got a lash refill and tried brow tinting for the first time. My refill is amazing and I am pleased with the results of my first brow tint. With more time to spare, we will be returning for waxing & threading before we head to DC.

I have been coming here for the past 3 months! I really recommend! My threading is always on point and so are my lash extensions. She is super fast but soooo good. I love my lashes every time and to top it off she is super accommodating. I can call her same day sometimes and if she can fit me in, she will. Absolutely the worst threading experience I ever had. I’m not going here ever again. I was put with the owner for a walk in and explained that I wanted to clean up my brows and do a full-face wax. She rushed so badly, practically ripping the hair out of my skin with the tread in large chunks. When waxing she put the wax on too cold so it tugged the skin all the wrong ways, and even went over a facial scar I had that I had warned about not to wax over and to just go around so it wouldn’t irritate. She was clearly rushing to just fit in as many customers as she could, not caring about the quality of the work. I walked out with my face bumpy and completely swollen, more so than I ever had (And I go to another person usually about every 2-3 weeks. She was out and I had to get it done for an event so I was recommended here). It was very painful as well. The other person I go to also does the same treatments, and it is never painful, I could practically sleep. The treatments from here were so bad I was in tears during it. Never have I walked out from an appointment with my skin looking that bad. I was also bleeding slightly under my chin.

Quick & Cheap(ish). I came here after being referred by a friend for a fill on foreign eyelash extensions. I’m here for an extended work trip and have tried one other salon and had a decent experience but thought I’d give this one a try. I’ve been getting extensions for 2 years now and this wasn’t my worst experience but it wasn’t great. I had an appointment at 5:30 and wasn’t seen to until close to 6pm. Once she started, I was out in about 45 minutes (literally the fastest session I’ve ever had). Being this quick was a relief since it usually takes a lot longer(at least an 1.5hours) but I wish the quality was better especially for $70+tip. First, she didn’t wash my lashes before adding new ones which is a huge hygienic issue for me. Second, it felt rushed. Very rushed. So much so I was wondering the entire time if she was just placing a bunch of lashes on my eyes. I could feel that she was not properly isolating my lashes and she used her fingertips every couple of seconds. I walked out with uneven lashes with several gaps and felt heavy and crunchy on my eyes when I close them because she used so much glue. Not to mention, my lashes keep poking me and it’s incredibly irritating on my eyes.
