I told the young lady my last cut at a different salon was way too short. Because of my fine hair, when it’s too short it sticks straight up! I told her I did NOT want a “military cut” – I have been in the service and a “high and tight” is NOT what I wanted. I told her short around my ears and neckline and then taper it up quickly – KEEP the length on the sides. She said she understood and then proceeded to give me a high and tight!!! WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!

All to which confused me greatly – but at no point was I getting an explanation to what was going on or addressed whatsoever (if they didn’t have time that would have been fine, but I just wish someone would have talked to me).
