Critical: QualityI went in to get my hair dyed a nice lavender, but instead left with dark purple hair which I was told would lighten over time. After washing my hair one time already so much of the purple has disappeared and my blonde hair is fully visible. It literally looks awful and it was so expensive for no reason. I absolutely hate it. I went in to get my hair dyed a nice lavender, but instead left with dark purple hair which I was told would lighten over time. After washing my hair one time already so much of the purple has disappeared and my blonde hair is fully visible. It literally looks awful and it was so expensive for no reason. I absolutely hate it. Critical: ProfessionalismI went to the salon over the summer, and I saw Frankie. She was super lovely, and I think she did an OK job. I made a follow-up visit for September 7, 2021. On September 6, I called numerous times to cancel the appointment as I did on September 7, 2021. Both days (nine calls total), I was unable to reach anyone or leave a voice message. Then I went to their website and sent them a message asking for the appointment to be canceled or if someone could give me a call back to have it rescheduled.On September 7, 2021, I received a call from Cris (front desk manager) in the early evening to inform me that I would be charged no-show fees.I explained to him that I was under the impression that he was calling me because of the message I sent to the salon, but he refused to listen. I felt as if I was calling Unemployment Office and finally got to someone who had no customer service skills and wasn’t sure what to do. He was focused on charging me no-show fees. He stated he had not received anything from me. I asked him would it help if I sent him a screenshot from the online communication and calls, but he refused. When I asked to speak with someone in charge, he stated that he was in charge, sigh. I asked him to have his manager call him. That is yet to happen. As of this morning, there is a pending charge on my credit card for $38.50. So he went ahead and charged my card without first having his manager review the situation.I tried to reason with him, but he would not listen, and most of the phone conversation, he was talking over me. I told him that I would leave this review for the salon, dispute charges, and never set my foot to the salon that was otherwise gaining me as a regular customer because of him. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityAriel is amazing! Most important – she’s great at a pixie cut!! She was incredibly accommodating that I had to be on my computer doing work during the entire cut (she made me feel entirely at ease). I literally was only able to talk about our plan for a minute and we hit upon “somewhere in between this inspiration picture and that inspiration picture” as her guide….and I love the cut! Ariel is amazing! Most important – she’s great at a pixie cut!! She was incredibly accommodating that I had to be on my computer doing work during the entire cut (she made me feel entirely at ease).
