Honestly the only nail salon I use. I had such a hard time finding a place I had consistent results before I came here. Once in a blue moon a nail wont be 100% to my liking (that can be expected anywhere tho) but 95% of the time they are exactly what I asked for. Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNails came out crooked and the sides aren’t even done! Shape is horrific, very bumpy. Took a very long time for such a poor quality service. Overpriced. Technician I went to was VERY aggressive!!! I am very delicate and small, which is not hard to see, and he was using all of his force on my nails. Proper disinfection was not followed. Nails came out crooked and the sides aren’t even done! Shape is horrific, very bumpy. Took a very long time for such a poor quality service. Overpriced. Technician I went to was VERY aggressive!!! Less than impressed. Saw them on Facebook and their art looked great. Got my nails done there for the first ( and only) time and my nails looked decent. I stress LOOKED. 2 days later and one nail broke…the next day, another broke. A few days later I called amd made an appointment to go back for repairs. Granted, they didn’t charge me, but the one repair is completely crooked. The important part is that they said to me, “what did you do to them…they’re all cracked.” Mind you I haven’t broken or cracked a nail in years when getting them done elsewhere. Instead of fixing them all properly as they should have, because clearly they weren’t done well or properly, they only fixed the 2 that were actually broken. Got home, and needless to say, one of the cracked ones broke that evening. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Awful experience. I have given my fair chances coming here since I understand not everyone will always have a good day, however the one gentleman that’s normally all the way in the back on number 8 Seat Is absolutely rude and disgusting, it is DISGUSTING the way he talks to customers. If you are that miserable maybe you should go look for another job, or go back to your country. I do not recommend this place at all, if anything everyone there needs training on how to treat others since they all appear to lack basic human mannerism. Also, if you don’t mind having your nails chipped on the third day of you having them, Then this is the place for you.

This is the second time my wife has tried this nail salon, they constantly talk in their native tongue ( while laughing at the same time) not a comfortable feeling when the vibe is not cool. 2nd) My wife during her first visit was rushed and no frills, the 2nd visit today for her Birthday consisted of arguing over whether her toe nail was cut straight “really”, she mentioned it was crooked but was told her nail was curved, we’ve been together since 75, I think she would know the difference, she arrived home and used a stone to smooth her heals. Not terrible but I will do her feet the next round and add some roses, wink!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismWent to get my nails done. Wanted a coffin shape and pink nails. While discussing with nail tech he suggested an ombre look and another color to make the pink pop. Ok sounds good. He is doing my nails, I am talking to him and the customer next to me. I see him doing my nails, but I didn’t think that pink nails means French manicure. I said something to him prior to him being done, he told me it will look nice. Ok, well when he was done I got French manicure look. And the pink at the base of the nail is supposed to be the pink nail that I asked for. Then when it’s time to pay he tells me that the glitter was extra. If I paid in cash like requested I would have been short, then what?? But, that’s not it. I can’t believe that Kenny the nail tech came up to me to argue. Apparently he remembers some of the conversation but not all of it. He agreed to redo my nails but inform me that he’s booked for the rest of the day. Terrible salon. They do not do professional work at all. lazy gel manicure and pedicure. 2 of my gel nails chipped within 3 days of getting them done and the one nail- the entire chunk of polish just peeled right off, which means they didn’t prep my nails good enough before polishing. its a waste of money to say the least . First time I tried this nail salon was a couple months ago for the first time I was able to get my nails done the right shape and color length everything was perfect! I decided to go back last Friday Feb 7 2020 . I wanted to get pampered I work across the street from them and I was helped right away I had something in mind of what type of gel tips i wanted to get. The guy who did my nails was very nice even recommended me a better style than what I had in mind. Loved it but the next day I was showing my nails off to my friends I noticed one of my nails was crooked and another was not even. ( I was embarrassed) My friend was getting her nails done that same day we decided to meet up she did a similar style she was charged $45 for a fresh set while I was charged $55 . At first I was ok with pricing because it was a fresh set it was gel tips and we’ll now that I look at my nails how crooked it looks And uneven I’m very disappointed with pricing and the style. Wish I would of noticed right on the spot but because of my busy schedule I haven’t been able to stop by!

They gave me a manicurist who did a awful job she left old gel underneath and I kept saying it’s still on . It looked like my little daughter put on nail polish. I removed my manicure as soon as I got home ! It’s so upsetting I’m a mom of 4 and barely get time to go for a manicure what a waste of time . But the other manicurist looked professional just be aware who you use .
