Do not be fooled by any of these amazing reviews! They are absolutely the worst! You should not waste your hard earned money on people who continue to disrespectful and ill mannered towards patrons. Its official that the drive to the Bronx and Harlem are well worth the drive. The young lady that works at this booth disappears for 30 mins and I have sat there and wait mind you its metered parking. When she comes back she has an attitude and act like she has been waiting on you. She gets bothered when she has to thread more and acts like you are just a problem in her presence. She takes her time to prepare for you after she has disappeared for 30 mins. I have told her that I am waiting previously and she has purposely walked away as I was at the pretzel show or hanging in H&M doorway. It is a shame that I live in this area and cant patronize a place due to lack of customer service this young lady has. Its official they can no longer get any of my money.

My experience here wasn’t great. The lady threaded my eyebrows WAY too much and left a small bald spot on my right eyebrow… since the lighting is dim in the area of the mall I didn’t notice till I got home. Also, no lotion was added to my eyebrows after the service was done. My mother also got her eyebrows done there with me and she was not pleased with her results either. I would just avoid this place, especially if you care about your eyebrows and the appearance of them.
