Critical: ProfessionalismI set an appointment with Kathy Moini. When I called to make the appointment she was really rude to me. She just said I needed to send her a picture of my hair and she will tell me if I can be her client. So I did and once she saw my hair was straight and long (Super simple) she called me and was super nice. We set an appointment for today at 2:30pm and I mistakingly wrote it down as 4:30pm. That was completely my mistake. She calls me and asks if I’m coming and I apologized profusely about getting the times mixed up. She said to Never call her again and I will never be her client and she hung up on me. I have never had anyone treat me like that.
