I came in For just a cut, was told i needed a 300 dollar color before (told me close to my natural color but ended up being 3 shades lighter and cool toned even though I’m warm toned). Did not ask about any allergies and put a product I was allergic to on my head. Didn’t tell me what they were doing through the process just told me where to sit. Manhandled my head to move me instead of just saying look down ect. Such high heat was used on my hair that it burned my ears when it was let go of, and at the end didn’t ask me how I wanted my hair cut just started cutting with dull scissors pulling my hair in the process. I only got charged 150 and my hair looks fine but not what I wanted and the whole experience was degrading.

Michael did a wonderful job cutting and styling my short, thick, wavy hair! The salon is clean, open, and lovely on the inside. I would highly recommend! Note: tips are cash only, but they do accept credit cards for payment.

She always delivers the most perfect hair cuts, and goes above and beyond to make sure we are pleased. I got overcharged! Paid $160 for highlights and lowlights (lowlights weren’t even visible) not to mention the guy Michael that did my hair didn’t even blow dry it or style it. The owner was a sweet kind lady but the guy Michael swindled me! Also it only took 5 freaking hours!

I have been here twice both times only wanting a haircut;both times turned away even though both stylists sitting on their behinds doing nothing.They didn’t say please come back another time or sorry about that.The sign on front door says walk ins welcome.I have friends who have had the same experience.Whoever runs this place should get rid of some people.I have had lots of Navy wives ask me where is a good place to get your hair done and I always say don’t go here.They are very rude.
