I’ve been going here for years and these past few months the service hasn’t been that great. I kept coming just to see if it would go back to how it was but this was my last time. My eyebrows have been uneven these past times and way too thin. I tell them every time I just want a clean up and they take off way too much. The prices have gone up and it’s not worth it with it since the service went down.

Wow I used to go to this place all the time it was my favorite and I loved my artist. How ever last time I went there was a problem because my artist was in a rush, and forgot to trim my eyebrows completely, and I didn’t notice until a week after, and I just called them to arrange an appointment, thinking that it wouldn’t have to cost me extra money because my artist messed up that’s why I had to make a second appointment , found out I still had to pay full prize.however, that wasn’t the actual problem, the problem was how the receptionist became so rude quickly and defensive. Won’t be going back again.

If you’re looking for a new place to trust with your brows, look no further, this is THE PLACE. I’ve been coming here for two years and will be moving out of state, and I am devastated! I wish I could take this place with me! All of the girls have done a fabulous job, and are great at giving advice as to how to make your brows the best they can be. Gloria does a great job, but you can’t go wrong with anyone there!

Ask for Gloria. Not the young girl. Gloria does a 5+ star job. The young girl has made my eyebrows too thin twice now, even after I explained I was displeased with how thin they were the first time she did them. I wanted to give her a second chance.

This place is unlike anywhere I’ve ever been they started off by measuring my face to my brows ! Which was cool to see my eyebrows were not symmetrical they cleaned them up and made them twins 🙂 this is a hidden little gem the girls are trained well and super helpful and gave me some great tips for my skin routine thank you so much !

Honestly pretty disappointed with this place. I walked in at 1:30 and they said it would be a little bit of a wait. Which is fine. I didn’t end up leaving until 245. The threading itself was extremely painful. I told the lady to be careful of my nose piercing and she nicked it twice. They also up their prices without saying anything to existing customers. Overall I will not be back

This was my second trip, and I went from a 5 star down to a one star. It cost $10 more this time than it did the first time despite having the same service performed. The woman who did my brows was the only person working and was on the phone the whole time with customer service for some company. I understand that things still have to be taken care of if you’re the only employee but I really feel like this affected my service. My eyebrows do NOT look good and are not even. I was not given a mirror to examen and approve the final product, I was just rushed out so she could get back to her call and the next customer. I’m super disappointed as I’m now on vacation with lopsided brows. I don’t know why it doubled in price but I’m out!

Top is my 1st time- had a great experience and left with well-shaped, full brows. This last time (bottom pic) sadly my eyebrows were butchered. I have almost no dimension- one straight line, harsh brow but still with bald spots. All I have on my tops and tails are tattoo- all the hair was OVER removed. I miss my full brows and sad to have 90’s brows again. Last time I was over waxed- the hair didn’t grow back. Im hoping it will. Place was relaxing and Staff was nice but this result left me in tears.
