I went to this place to get a rinse & wash & set style & Essence put something in my hair that had my scalp on fire. I told her immediately & she did nothing right away to wash it out but instead implied she know what she’s doing & she continued washing someone else hair & I started putting my fingers in my hair to try to stop pain & my fingertips started burning & had whites spots & Essence continued washing other customer hair & told me to go wash my hands then she finally put neutralizer on my fingers. I asked her what did she put in my hair & she stated that for my rinse she added a acid mix to the rinse & I told her that I always have done a rinse in my hair & scalp has never burned so finally after waiting a good 20 minutes or more with scalprni srhe washed it out & at this time I was mad so she finished my hair & in a couple of days my hair fell out I called her to let her know how I felt & was told not to come back but she know she damaged my hair because she charged me lehy i then what she asked for So that’why i spent time on this review.
