I Came Sunday 08/28/2022 based off of everyone’s reviews. The Eyebrow tech was very standoffish, and rude. Absolutely no type of customer service nor hospitality towards her customers . I came with full eyebrows she completely butchered them to the point where I have to regrow my brows back again. Will never come back to this establishment nor recommend this eyebrow place! Please Don’t be an esthetician if you don’t like people.

Came here to get my eyebrows threaded & it’s by far the WORST experience ever. She made my eyebrows THIN, I worked months growing out my eyebrows just for her to ruin them. Not only we’re they thin but they were VERY uneven. Don’t even bother trying their services, save yourself some time & go somewhere else.

Would not recommend at all!!!! Do no go here if you are trying to grow out your brows! I specifically told her several times I am growing out my brows, leave them thick, DONT take any thing that’s growing in on the bottom, just clean them up. I stated this multiple times and even showed her in the mirror. I have never had a worse experience getting my brows threaded. She took everything off that I had worked for 6 months to grow out and made my brows pencil thin with no shape. My brows are now thin lines that used to be thick and angled. I was so upset I almost cried in the store. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

She tried to show me a picture of an eyebrow that was thin and I told her no I don’t want that. When she was done I ended up with thin eyebrows and I don’t have thin eyebrows it had been 3 months I had not gotten them done . One eyebrow was thinner than the other and they were too arched I’ve had my eyebrows done here before and they had done a good job of just cleaning them and not going into the arch but this time they went in and destroyed my eyebrow one of them doesn’t even look like the shape of my original eyebrow. It was threaded and made to look round at the beginning when my eyebrows have a soft square shape to both of them. The lady threading eyebrows needs to listen to her customer and what the customer asks for not what she thinks will look good or give it shape when that was not asked for. I have tried reaching out to the owner – Pabitra and got a call only about if I had my eyebrows done and before I could even tell her what happened she hanged up. I tried calling the manager Rachana and she sent a text stating they weren’t open I told her you are open I just went in and so did others. I even got a text from the company stating they are open and sent her a pic of it and got no response. It is sad the manager doesn’t know they are open and the owner can’t give me a phone call to talk about this matter. I am now left with thin eyebrows and will have to wait for a few months to grow them back. The service provided was horrible I had to drive back home in tears from the mess the threading lady made.
