Sis, if u value your time, your money and your hair….find somebody else. If your lucky enough to have the owner do your hair…you will be satisfied. Them other “students” just playing in your hair…they don’t even try to make it look like there wasn’t two different people braiding your hair….Don’t let them chics put you out of business by sabotaging your skills Boss Lady. Teach them, go check on your customers hair…let them girls know when the braids dont match! Your reviews matter…99% of the people were accurate.

I got knotless braids a 3 hour job that turned into almost 6.5 hours ! They salon itself is disgusting and filthy and don’t get me started on the smell omg it was atrocious. There were kids everywhere no boundaries for clients. I didn’t see one person wash their hands and I didn’t see anything with barbicide on it. The chair were not cleaned or sanitized it was completely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. The braiders were extremely loud in my ear taking with one another. They even sat and ate in front of clients.

She was incredibly gentle and mindful with my hair. I told her my scalp was sensitive and she continually checked in with me to make sure the braids were not too tight. At one point, I realized two of the braids were too tight, so she undid them and rebraided them. She was very patient and kind the whole time, and never made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. My only complaint is that I didn’t find this place sooner and now I’m moving Sarah did my cornrows and she was FABULOUS. She was incredibly gentle and mindful with my hair. I told her my scalp was sensitive and she continually checked in with me to make sure the braids were not too tight. Been going here for years and I love the pple but they work have gotten very sloppy! I paid 220 for waist length medium size box braids and tipped as always. However my braids are 2 different sizes and aren’t all waist length which is what I paid for. Never coming here again!

Although they quickly masked up! I was asked what service I wanted, what color length and size. I was comfortable and the ladies were very gentle with my head. I swear I didn’t feel any tension as they braided and I am VERY tender headed. Once they were done braiding they manicured my braids and sealed them. Swooped my edges and I was good to go! My appointment was at 11am. I was there at 1045 and they started right away. I was done at 2pm!! There were two ladies braiding my hair and they did a PHENOMENAL JOB! My hair is NEAT and PRECISE! This was my first visit and I will definitely go back after these braids are ready to come out. IF my experience is like this every visit, then I am a customer for life. Thank you ladies! I forgot to ask them their names but they were all doing great braids on myself and the other clients who were there. I was asked what service I wanted, what color length and size. I was comfortable and the ladies were very gentle with my head. UPDATE: So here I am 3 years later bringing my daughter in for braids. Box braids in the back/a single row of feeds in front with beads. Let me start by saying that it’s beautiful work and they were all very nice. However, they told us to come at 10 a.m. and we left at 5 pm. It was a long day but my daughter loved her hair.
