Unfortunately, there was a problem at my daughters school which required me to be there. I couldn’t make my appointment, so I called in and instead of answering any of my calls, she waited until my appointment time was over to do a no call no show!! I know it’s a small business and time is valuable, but you’ve lost a customer for being greedy, instead of accepting the initial deposit which is over $100 and allowing me to reschedule. Clearly you saw my calls and voicemail!

I’ve been going to Naikia for over two years and she has absolutely transformed my skin care routine and my skin. She goes above and beyond to find out your habits and actions and give you advice for your skin but also your body. She gives great dietary suggestions that will limit inflammation and acne.
