I went in to get my nails from acrylic to solar, and I told that to the girl prepping them. Then the OWNER said u have to have them removed for they. The girl never said that! I said fine. Another girl went to paint my white tips and she painted a STRAIGHT LINE across the nail and couldn’t even curve it to look natural with with the polish removal. The owner argued with me saying u can’t do that. Yes u can! Even the utensil u use is CURVED for that purpose! The staff has become more RUDE over the years and there is dust everywhere. None of the staff can speak English in a Predominant English area. I do not recommend anyone going there!! The owner can’t even brush his hair!

Worst pedicure ever. They told me they had time to complete it. The whole time they rushed through and I had asked them to fix the polish due to how messy it was. They just painted over the already lumpy paint job. Then as it is drying the tech just walked out and went home. I spoke to the owner as I was leaving and explained it was the worst pedicure. He just charged me said thank you and walked away. I don’t suggest this place at all.

This shop is the epitome of poor customer service. When you pay for a service, there are expectations that are set and my expectations of getting my nails done and having them last anywhere from 2-4 weeks as they have every other time I’ve gotten them done was a far cry from what I received.

I have always gone there to get acrylics and they have always done so beautifully on them. Sometimes when they are more busy they rush a little but my nails always still look great. There is this younger worker and he takes his time and makes sure he gets all of the imperfections out. I have always been happy when i leave. One time i noticed it was a little messed up on one part and i asked him to fix it and he happily did. The staff are all very friendly, and it is very clean inside, lots of colors to pick from. I 100% recommend this to someone.

I walked in for a toenail polish change and I was considering the dipping powder again for my fingernails. So, I asked a question regarding the dipping powder making my nails weak. My nails are strong otherwise. I was told by a young Male tech to get some vitamins. Then I was told to pick a color for my toenails, and I told him I already had a color. He said, ‘Just go to the back.’ Of course I told him thank you and I left. That was my first and last visit to Art Nails.

I was very skeptical, reading all the reviews. I usually go based off reviews, but had a certificate. I was very pleased with my experience. With the woman that did my nails that is. Mrs. Paula. I made sure to get her name, so I could request her everytime. She was very thorough. I received a color manicure and pedicure. The process made me feel great afterwards, so relaxing!! All around great experience. I highly recommend this woman in particular.

I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they would eventually redeem themselves but nope! Came in at 5:00 to get a pedicure and a refill. Hispanic lady did my pedicure and then I sat for 25min waiting to get my fill on my toenails…no apology…very rude. Mind you it wasn’t even busy. Never again. I didn’t even stay to get my nails done!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. They have no regard for their customers. I requested ombré and was told the only person that knew how to do them was busy so I agreed to wait. In the mean time, some boy walked over and started scrubbing on my nails.. I said, “wait, are you doing my nails?” In the most offended voice ever, he looked at me with daggers in his eyes and said, “YES!” I said, “Have you ever done this before because I’m not really wanting to pay $50 for you to be practicing on.” He took his nail thing and slammed it down on the counter and said “YES!” Again, in the rudest, most offended voice possible. If he had not already destroyed my nails and filed them all off, I would have walked out. I sat boiling in anger the entire time I was there. And guess who left with the sloppiest ombré nails ever? ♀️ I should also note the owner was well aware of what was going on because they were yapping back and forth over it the whole time I was there. I guess they thought I’d never notice all 15 nail techs batting their eyes at me mid-convo. Furious is an understatement. I will NEVER be back.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN! they have horrible service! & they rush your nails ! I went in Wednesday & by thrusday a nail was BROKEN ! So I went in Friday morning to get the nail fixed they rushed my nail to the point it was crooked ! I informed the lady my nail was crooked she got upset ! So I asked the nail tech that always does my nails when I come in , soooo it was finally time to paint that ONE NAIL I literally sat for 5 to 6 mins & there was only 1 other lady in there with me ! But to top off the lady painted my nail like a 7 year old ! Bad services . LADIES if you don’t wont to waste money I advise you to keep out this shop ! MONEY WASTED
