Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I paid $95 for horrible ugly nails that looked like teeth. I asked for square and they gave me spongebob’s two front teeth all over my nails. I tried to call and let them know the next day I didnt like them and instead of him saying “let me do them again” or “I’ll refund you” he basically told me I should have said something then and to come up here so he can how they look . I went up there even though it took 35 minutes from where I live and he aurgued that I again shoulda said something so at that point I asked for my nails off and they did take them off but after a 20 minute back and forth petty argument. Never will they receive my business and I definitely will let everyone know about his horrible place! (BTW the lady inside did my cousins nails and they were fine, she pays more attention to detail) but the older man should find another day job!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I paid $95 for horrible ugly nails that looked like teeth. I asked for square and they gave me spongebob’s two front teeth all over my nails. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe worst manicure I have ever had. The nails were sloppy at best. The color was bumpy, they left parts of a shaved nail on and painted over it, some parts of the nail was not covered so basically it was spotty, paint was around my nail, and stopped in the middle of it to look at his phone. The worst manicure I have ever had. The nails were sloppy at best. The color was bumpy, they left parts of a shaved nail on and painted over it, some parts of the nail was not covered so basically it was spotty, paint was around my nail, and stopped in the middle of it to look at his phone.
