Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI paid $95 for a gel pedicure and a refill gel set and when I got home my nails started to peel off completely. I asked her if k can have her fix them she said yes and we agreed to 2:00 and I show up and she had 4 people in there and tells me to go back at 4:00. What a waste of money and time.

I been going to this nail shop since 2005. Mike is the person I’ll be referring to you, he really does take his time and makes sure you feel good about your nail sets.. Yes, there has been times in which I’ve waited over 2/4 hours but honestly that’s because they do get booked and we’re not there by appointments. Besides that I’d say it is worth the wait. There hasn’t been one time in which I come out of there unsatisfied, you ask / show Mike what you want and that’s what you’ll get or even better. I haven’t found any other nail shop that beats this one. I give it a thumbs up.

Honestly if I could give this place negative stars I would! I came in for a soak off last minute and the lady said yes. She started clipping my nails something I did not ask for and then tried to take off my whole acrylic nail with the nail clipper! Very painful! I stopped her and asked what was she doing and stated I had asked for a soak off and she said she didn’t have time because it was late! Super unprofessional and to top it off because I spoke up on her hurting me she began to be rude and she dismissed me. I really wish she would of just said I don’t have time sorry, Just shows how very unprofessional she is!
