I usually go to this place all the time. But this last time I called and ask how much they said 45$ for acrylic nails it was 68$ I got basic soft white med-long almond shaped nails. They were uneven and bumpy and the shaping wasn’t good either. I am very antisocial I don’t like to complain or cause a seen so I just dealt with it Acrylic nails

I got my eyebrows waxed today they are really nice but don’t do eyebrows good and don’t do anything about a problem if there is one she made one way thinner than the other one and tried to make it as though I came in that way when that’s not true because I let my eyebrows grow thick before I go in she kept saying it will look like my other one in 2 weeks she kept repeating this as if to act as though she didn’t mess up or down play the situation I was offered nothing for her messing up my eyebrows I won’t be going back

Got my nails done here for the first time because regular place I usually go to was busy. Process was rushed and didn’t feel like they took the time to do a great job because they were also trying to get other customers in and their nails done. Customer service was rude. The nail tech working on my nails did not know I understand Vietnamese so she was talking to the nail tech next to her saying rude things about my friend and I under the impression that we did not understand any of it. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Was left feeling bad and unsatisfied. Will not be coming back again.
