I will not go to any other nail salon they have my business for life. This place is awesome…. I started going to Art nails a little over a year. I have sat in all the chairs and they all do a GREAT JOB. I will not go to any other nail salon they have my business for life. Very clean they are very professional if you have a apt at 2 you will be seated by 2:15 not 2:45 and 3pm with other nail shops I’ve been too.. great place with great people…..

Critical: ProfessionalismI had a $70 gift certificate given to me. Well it expired a month ago. I had double knee replacement so I haven’t been able to get out. They would not honor it. So my pedicure really was charged $100.I explained this to them. Mean mean meanI will never go here again I’ve gone here many times before. And I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I had a $70 gift certificate given to me. Well it expired a month ago. I had double knee replacement so I haven’t been able to get out. They would not honor it. So my pedicure really was charged $100.

Critical: QualityGot my nails done and was apparently given the person who only does pedicures. when I told them who did my nails they said “NEVER AGAIN”…cracked two nails within a few days I’m 24 and have worn acrylic since I was 15 over my natural nails and NEVER had this happen ..they repaired two nails with no charge and a couple days later the rest of the 8 nails cracked and they told me I now have to pay full price for a new set….even though my first was super thin and cracked. I’m beyond upset and I’m mad I gave a tip the first time.
