I’ve gone to this place for a long time but I question their new “we take walk-ins and appointments” policy. My mother was told one day last week that they were booked and that they have a new appt policy. She went home and made appts for us both. When we got there, I observed various customers being told different things. Some were told “we’re booked”, others told to come back at a specific time, and it appeared some without appts were serviced. Why are some walk-ins told “we’re booked” when your posted policy states you still take walk-ins? I understand about staffing issues and longer wait times but I can tell when something is off and a policy isn’t being followed consistently. It seems like a cover for “we service some and not others”. It gave me a bad feeling. I don’t plan on going back.

My first time here and I walked out not very happy with my nails.. nail tech rushed to do them, they were misshaped & uneven. Decided to give them one more try… showed picture of design i wanted and the nail tech basically made up his own design and once again nails were misshaped & uneven.
