I set an appt for my mom and I for pedicures and manicures (mine was shellac). We were a few minutes late and they were very nice about it and accomadating. My shellac mani looks wonderful and the technician was attentive. My pedicure was going well until she was trimming my cuticle and cut my cuticle and I could tell she was getting pretty close so when I said ouch and winced I already knew it was bleeding. For the rest of the pedicure she was trying to keep it from bleeding with the bottle of stuff they have and a cotton swab. My feet are very soft and everything else was good but she did seem to rush through the paint even though we were still in the open hours time frame. When I checked out I paid for both our sets of services and she seemed annoyed I didn’t tip more even though the paint is streaked from the bleeding and doesn’t look that great. My mom’s services were good and she enjoyed the time to relax after a long drive. I probably won’t go back for pedicures but would consider it for manicures.

worst set of nails i have ever gotten. the lady ignored me when i told her she was hurting me and applied the tips wrong. all of the nails on my left hand were half the length of my right hand and were all crooked/shaped terribly. while painting, i pointed out a spot that she missed and asked her to go over it and she told me no before shoving my hand under the gel light. while paying, she begged for a tip that she did not deserve, but out of guilt, i gave her a small one. after leaving the salon i noticed that there was a gap between my real nail and where the tip/acrylic should’ve been on multiple fingers. a couple hours later i decided to go back in and ask for her to fix the nails that were unsatisfactory or give me a refund. she argued with me for 20 minutes about it being my fault that my nails were uneven and overall ugly and i had to be a complete Karen to get her to listen to me. the staff here is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely lacking in the skills department. this whole waste of time cost me 3 hours and 57$ that i will never get back.

I’ve only been twice, but I’ve been impressed both times. They do both appointments and by walk in. I’ve gone in a weekend each time and never had to wait more than a few minutes. They have a nice selection of shellac and gel colors. The technicians are skilled and do a great job! The prices are typical, I think. They prefer cash, but accept cards.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy Dip manicure peeled off in large pieces after a week & a half on 3 nails. The color was difficult to match returning today to have them repaired. A cost was agreed for the work while I had a pedicure. DeeDee refused my color selection to repair the nails having difficulty matching the same color. I told her I just needed to have the dip finished to have the nails complete matching as best as possible. She continued to tell me I needed to get up & select a color while I was having a pedicure.She was very rude & condescending telling me again to go choose another color upfront instead of the color swatches which were presented then taken away. They do service according to what color you are. I always came here and most of the time the service is ok. But the last 2 times it’s so bad. They do an exceptional service if you are a white woman but if you are any other color they act as if I pay with paper not money. Don’t I pay the same money as anyone?? I tip really well and they ask fir cash and I pay cash tip. The attitude especially from a guy who works there is horrible. I will never go back again, there are so many other salons out there to explore
