I was very satisfied with the quick, friendly service and expertise of Dr. Zoe Francis, but very unsatisfied with the incorrect information I was told about whether or not Arsenault Dermatology accepts Care Credit. I always ask in advance whether a doctor’s office accepts Care Credit. A Scheduling staff member at another office told me they did accept it, come to find out that they do not when I was checking out and had to pay. Receptionists should not be giving prospective patients wrong information. I wouldn’t have made an appointment here it I had known they do not accept Care Credit.
