Really gone down hill. Can’t believe I paid $40 for a haircut this bad. I’ve generally been satisfied but this time it was far worse than Great Clips for double the price. It looks like they cut the hair on only one side of my head. I spoke up about it looking uneven twice during my visit. The stylist made minor adjustments both times I brought it up and then removed the apron, signaling the end of the haircut. I figured I was maybe seeing the uneven-ness incorrectly given how little care or concern they gave in response to my concerns. Truly a bad experience and a waste of money right before I see family for the holidays.

Moved to Charlotte 2 years ago and it finally feels like home because I have found a place that can cut my hair well. Been to about 6 other haircut places only to receive the worst haircuts at each place. I’ve been to home pricier places in hopes they are better but that is not the case. They just raised the price because the interior is fancy and cool for men. Either way, Arrow took their time and did a great job.
