I’ve been to Arrow in the past and been fine with it but they double booked me today and I called several times, leaving a message once, about the confusion. No one ever picked up. Then they send me a cancellation email saying the stylist can’t make it, so I assumed it was a moot point. Then I get a voicemail that I’m late to my appointment? And still no one answers the phone. I need a place that communicates better than this.
