Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here with my mom to look at wigs for her, and the owner was such a sweetheart. Super friendly, down to earth, extremely helpful. I can’t say enough good things about her. My mom has never worn a wig before and is very self conscious about how much hair she’s lost over the years. The owner of the store reassured her it was nothing to be ashamed of and we’re all apart of the no hair club. She assisted my mom is trying on a couple wigs and educated her on how to use and care for one. So much time and effort was spent on my mom as a customer, it cannot be understated how incredible the customer service was. Also a big shout out to Robin, who was also a big help in being an additional cheerleader for my mother, who really needed it. The shop was full of an array of product, and had everything I needed to braid my daughter’s hair. The owner was very friendly, professional and helpful. I also purchased a wonderful sparkly-fancy resin hair pick that was made by local business…you should go check out the shop. Yes, they also do braiding, etc. Enjoy!
