i sent a text the day before asking if they had a 10 or 10:30 available. i was sent a reply Yes 10:30. i give them my name. i arrive and they say they are very busy cant get to me until 11. i respond that i am ok with a 1/2 hour vs 1 hour. Finally at 11 the lady comes out with water for my feet (it was a foot massage) While sitting there another person walks in asks if they have time for a 30-minute massage they take him right back. 15 minutes go by and I’m still waiting for the lady to show up to begin my massage I told them I had to leave at 11:30 to pick up my daughter. So i got up and left.

They can go at any level soft to hard and it will make you feel amazing once you leave and wanting to come back for another appointment.
