Barefoot Deep Tissue Body Massage
Barefoot deep tissue massage is direct applications of pressure through a muscle into underlying bone.This deep, broad based form of bodywork assists with rest, recovery and repair of muscle tissue and creates a positive structural change in chronic soft tissue damage.

This treatment is also valuable for the lungs, and can clear congestion from a common cold or help to control a person’s asthma. In fact, respiratory conditions are one of the most common maladies that cupping is used to relieve.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage but the deeper pressure is beneficial ins releasing chronic tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscle, bones and joints). Unlike Swedish massage, which has relaxing effect and uses lighter pressure, deep tissue massage uses deep finger pressure with strokes that are firm and slow. Deep tissue massage has several therapeutic effects and can be used to treat many different conditions.This type of massage is ideal for the treatment of major muscle groups like the neck or lower back. It can also be used to relieve strain and treat injuries in your joints and tendons.
Foot Reflexology
Soaking your feet in warm water with Chinese herbs (essential oil or salt) 10 to 15 minutes will increase the circulation of you blood and relax your mind and body. We use our palm and fingers to press acupuncture points on the feet.

The Scraping Therapy is used to release the body of blood stagnation. Blood stagnation is considered to be the cause of many diseases in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). To visualize this, you may want to compare the water from a running stream versus the water in a still stagnant pond. The stagnant pond will be full of gunk, green moss and other growths while the running stream will have clear water. Our entire blood circulation is very similar to this. When the blood is not flowing properly, it starts to become stagnant and creates an environment more suitable for disease.

I got a massage. It was more intense that anticipated. I was sore when she was done but 2 days later my back didn’t hurt anymore! Not just from what she was doing but I didn’t have that nagging constant back pain from work, life, etc. I haven’t had a full body in a while. Keiko gave a good massage, She massaged places around my hip I never knew I had. Lol She even massaged my feet! I’ve been to plenty of LMTs who skip over the feet or just barely touch them. I would go back!

I went in for reflexology which I got and it was AMAZING! I told her that I was having hip pain and she gave me like a 2 min deep tissue message on my thigh and my hip is 100% better. I literally can’t believe it. I’ve been in pain for months… went to the chiro, special cushion, special chair and i was trying to get into physical therapy.. nothing has worked. So needless to say…I am going back for a full body deep tissue message! I wish I could give more stars.

Wow absolutely incredible experience. I’ve had lower back pain almost daily for years. (I slipped on ice a while ago and my backs been hurting since) Tina walked on my back which at first when they said try this I was hesitant. But wow I just walked out and I feel amazing. I feel light as a feather and my back doesn’t hurt at all no matter which way I move it. I was so thrilled I payed full price even though they said to just pay for a normal deep tissue massage price if you have any back pain this is the place to go to hands down best massage therapist I’ve ever visited.
