Critical: Punctuality, QualityEverytime I made an appointment they would call me last minute to change it. They changed the lady who did my treatment after my first two treatments (she was actually really good so idk why) and gave some other woman who exponentially increased my juuls without warning (she was also very disorganized) and ended up burning me twice in a row in two separate appointments. I didn’t finish my treatments because I was already burned twice and didn’t want more damage. I wish I could give them 5 stars but…if you come to this place for botox, keep in mind that the person that does that particular treatment is only there every 2 weeks AND sometimes even 4 weeks go by so…If you need a correction you will have to wait 2 weeks. The prices are fair and the results are good but the waiting is a big negative, in my opinion.

Totally recommend this place for facial treatments. Customer service is A+, the treatments are very effective and you see results almost immediately. It also helps that the facility is clean, beautifully decorated and they always have a southing ambience with relaxing music and calming smell! The.y also have decent prices.
