We were at St. Augustin on vacation and stopped at this store to get some gifts for Christmas. Mimi was helping us, and she suggested getting gift boxes with body scrub,cream, and lotion .She was telling us that this gift set is usually $ 120,but today, they offer it at $60

I came in here the other day and it was a really good experience!! Their soaps smell sooo good. We use them daily at work. Makes my hands feel extra clean. I don’t regret money well spent!! Good staff too. All of the girls in there are so sweet.

My grandma and I came in and the eye cream that we used was so wonderful! Most places try and swindle you for money but this place was so sweet and the sweet sales reps are so cute and friendly. Ten outta ten skin treatment!

We visited this store in St.Augustine and was immediately confronted to try their skin care products. We were told it’s their anniversary and you can get two products for the price of one. We thought we were buying the two eye products that they used in their demonstration. The products La Royales contour therapy oxygene eye serum and Lisse wrinkle relief firming eye gel are not the same products at all. For the demonstration the creams were in a jar that they stirred and left a nice feeling around your eyes. What we bought is nothing like this, thin, no moisture, definitely not the same products. The sales people are fast talkers and convince you immediately these are great products and actually you feel pressured into buying. I will never fall for this scam again. I would not step foot in that store again. Out $426.

I got pulled into the store after I stopped to sample the soap. The lady said she would put it into the napkin. I should have left right away since I wasn’t interested in the soap to begin with, just trying to be polite. In the store, Mimi started talking about some eye product. She was nice but very pushy and wouldn’t take “no” or “possibly” for an answer. She was very aggressive in her selling technique. I ended up buying the product (which my friend who was with kept telling me not to) after Mimi did a demonstration of the eye product on me. Well that stuff left a white residue around my eyes which I hadn’t noticed till I got in my car. Thank God, I was wearing sunglasses, but my friend got a good laugh. How embarrassing! I’m also thankful I took pictures and have a few videos of me trying to get it off. I promptly called and asked for a refund. Went in the next day to get a refund and they tried to talk me out of it. Needless to say, I’m still waiting on the refund and when I went to look at my bank account it looks like they charged me twice for the product!!! Possibly contacting the news stations next??

I used to work in sales and I know all the tricks. So, I didn’t buy anything. Just wasted my time. I didn’t really see any amazing results. And I’m questioning the content of the product because it could contain high doses of hormones. There is no list of ingredients available. They don’t ask if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Also, that stuff left a white residue around my eyes which I haven’t noticed till I got in my car. Thank God, I was wearing sunglasses.
