I arrive at 1255 for appointment only to be greeted by the same lady and asked if I could come back in 1 hour because she was “busy”. She said “I didn’t think you were coming back. You didn’t leave a phone number for me to confirm”. She never asked me for one and I gave her my name. Poor work ethic. I do not recommend ever trusting this establishment. So I went in saturday and made an appointment in person for Sunday at 1 pm. I arrive at 1255 for appointment only to be greeted by the same lady and asked if I could come back in 1 hour because she was “busy”. She said “I didn’t think you were coming back. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityExceptional every time! I come here for myself and my daughter and I pay for 90 minutes or 3 hour massages and by far this business is the best! I used to drive to Ukiah for services but was always extra tired from the drive home. This place is practically across from where I live and did I mention they are incredible?! Like they know how to give pressure and deep tissue and hot stones -full body. As long as this business is in town and around-I will not go anywhere else! My child has a skin condition and they always give her the right treatment and amount of pressure because she doesn’t like it as hard as I do! But you can communicate and these masseuses listen! Like A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I leave tips because that is how great the prices and the massages are! I highly recommend you give them a try if you have not already! You don’t have to have as long as I like them done but you cannot find this great of treatment anywhere else in town! So bless it be!
