Went on Saturday to get a gel manicure. It’s Thursday, and all of my nails are lifting on the edges. The man who did my nails asked if I wanted them “trimmed down” and cut them barely above the top of my finger, and then left sharp corners on the edges of my square nails. I paid quite a bit of money, and tipped very well and I’m super disappointed for what I paid I didn’t even get a week of nails polished. Will not be returning.

The most rushed pedicure i’ve EVER received! The pedicure itself was ten minutes. Not to mention they didn’t wear gloves, especially with multiple bandaids! The pedicure bowl drain SMELLED SO BAD. The lady literally painted the gel on my nail sideways. After it was over she saw me checking my nails and just shook her hand at me and said something I couldn’t understand and walked away. I will not be back!!

I’ve been going here for years!!!! The service as of late has been declining and the techs here don’t care! Tammy allowed one of her male employees to belittle me and bring me to tears! It took everything in me not to create a scene in there! They pick and chose who they are nice and professional to. You can never walk in and get good service! They don’t care about their loyal customers at all, especially people of color! I will never patronize this salon again and it’s sad! Save yourself the trouble! The service as of late has been declining and the techs here don’t care! Tammy allowed one of her male employees to belittle me and bring me to tears! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSent my girlfriend in for a mani/pedi last weekend, and we’ve gone here a few times. They now have a fee to use their chairs while your pedi is being done. I get that COVID has caused companies to find new streams of revenue and if they would have been up front about it I would have gladly paid the $16 chair fee, but they didn’t tell us about it until checkout. Hate to be “that” person but the fee came out of their tip. We won’t be going here ever again. Sent my girlfriend in for a mani/pedi last weekend, and we’ve gone here a few times. They now have a fee to use their chairs while your pedi is being done. I get that COVID has caused companies to find new streams of revenue and if they would have been up front about it I would have gladly paid the $16 chair fee, but they didn’t tell us about it until checkout.
