I have 3 herniated discs on my neck and when I skip my daily exercise for a couple days I can get in miserable pain. The type that you cannot move. In a scale of 1-10 an 8. I went to this place for a massage with Tom. I highly recommend him. The pain was down to a 2 after the Massage and I could go back to my daily exercise and my routine. He knows how to find the spots of pain (the ones I didn’t even know) and how to release it. Amazing! Thank you Tom!
