Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’m from out of state helping mom out while dad is in a nursing facility recovering from a broken hip. This place is just next door and my neck has been in poor shape. So I took a chance and just walked in and got a 30 min upper body massage and it was AMAZING! Jennifer was my therapist. She checked in about pressure regularly but hit on the perfect amount for me from the start. I feel so much better today! The last few minutes she massaged me with hot damp towels which felt heavenly and got the oil off of my skin.
