I was really looking forward to these products and gave them a full send. I thought I could trust, Julianne until I broke out in an awful rash after using a couple of the products. I knew that they just weren’t fit for me but I was hopeful that she would suggest another option but instead she demanded that i keep using them and that i just need to “wait longer: to see results. I told her my concerns and bad reactions with using this for weeks! I was just seeking advice and help and she told me that a skin reaction doesn’t ” justify a refund. When I originally bought the product she verbally told me she would return them if i reacted bad to them. ( *just a reminder*) keep things in writing. This totally ruined my day and my skin is still healing from the allergic reaction. Very unprofessional and told me not to text her again. Everyone reacts and has a different experience mine was unfortunate. So best of luck.
