I came in i was told to write now and wait 30 mins so i went back in my car since there was only two seats in there and they were field and the lady was nice in the front but the actually owner who does the wax… … distasteful didn’t even come out to address the issue just said she wasn’t taking anyone else when i walked back in .. I’ve been coming here for a year. Never had any problems until today when I’ve already been sitting here for an hour I get told that the wax person is leaving and I have to wait until 5 until another wax person gets here. Which is crazy because I had already been there for an hour. Normal I don’t complain but this is ridiculous.

Update: The wait was shorter this time. The service was fast but painful. I bleed a little but the pain quickly subsided. In all fairness, I was past due for a touch up. I would return.

It was my first time visiting this location and let’s just say I LOVE IT HERE!! It’s very private and personal I was greeted when I arrived and given Amazing customer service. I was informed of what was available to provide the service I was requesting and not just giving what they wanted me to have. The young lady that did my wax was very knowledgeable and friendly!!! I was going to book with the business because I live in the same vicinity, but the person who answered the phone might not be the ideal representative of the company. She evaded my question and her tone was not inviting. I will not support this business because of her. Also the pink is nice on the page but it can make it hard to read the details on the site.
