I can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet for this salon. It’s excellent! I always look forward to my visits. They make me look and feel great. Kelly is an educated and accomplished cosmetologist and has never steered me wrong. She knows exactly what she’s doing, and I notice that others in the salon sometimes seek her advice. At the same time, she isn’t overbearing at all, and she definitely lets the client have control of what they’re wanting. She’s also among the warmest, most easy-going people you’ll ever meet.

Came for a quick blowout and left feeling like total royalty. I never leave reviews but this experience was too good not too share! I have never had such a good time at a salon. Beautiful atmosphere, felt like luxury all around. Best hair wash and blowout I’ve ever had with the nicest facility and staff. Abby was so friendly and the appointment flew by I was having such a good time talking all while leaving with the best hair! And the price point felt like I was stealing! Can’t recommend Abby or the salon enough

Absolutely LOVE this salon! After seeing the scalp treatment trends on YouTube and TikTok, I was determined to find somewhere in Ohio that does them. Aro was one of the only places I could find by me! Julia does an amazing job every time! I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis on my face and scalp, and after my second scalp treatment I noticed a HUGE improvement! I’ve done 3 treatments so far and always look forward to my monthly appointments! THANK YOU, JULIA & ARO!!!

Everyone was really patient and kind to me! I have curly hair but normally when I go into a salon it’s been up in a bun all day and my curl pattern isn’t prominent, meaning that the stylist ignores me and cuts for straight hair. Everyone here asked about my hair goals and really listened to me, taking into consideration the amount of prep time I have for my hair in the mornings and the producs I use at home without pushing really expensive products. I absolutely plan to come back !

I was referred here the evening before my wedding in 2017 where I met Sandra, who managed to calm me down because my hair stylist was a no-show. I can’t believe that’s been over four years and a lot of different styles with Sandra! I’ve only utilized the eyelash extensions services that they offer, I can only assume the other services are just as great & stylists are just as professional and compassionate about their craft as Sandra. I’ve had such a great experience with Sandra who has watched my hair gone from various “life” phases, including hormonal changes, rapid growth to thinning and regardless of what she is presented with, I know I’m only a spa day away to a great day of confidence.

Critical: ProfessionalismI just received a text yesterday from a stylist I’ve gone to for over a year saying in short “thank you for your business and I’ve thought a lot about this, but I can’t be your stylist anymore” She offered me to be recommended to another stylist, but I’m honestly too offended to keep coming here. I don’t think I’ve done anything to warrant that response. In ALL of our appointments I’ve never complained, always tipped and communicated well in what I wanted. We had a very good stylist/client relationship. If there was any issue with me texting the number on the business card provided to me to make appointments it was not made known to me to call the front desk instead. I’m honestly blind sided by this and have never heard of this happening. I was told “we’re not a good fit”. I would genuinely believe that if there were any evidence to back that up so I’m taking it as “I don’t like you to the point I don’t even want your money”. I just received a text yesterday from a stylist I’ve gone to for over a year saying in short “thank you for your business and I’ve thought a lot about this, but I can’t be your stylist anymore” She offered me to be recommended to another stylist, but I’m honestly too offended to keep coming here.
