Andrea Torres is so awesome! I take my son and daughters to her and they love their hair EVERY time! She asks what they want and they tell her or show her pictures and she does it perfectly!! I originally just started going there for my son instead of taking him 2 the beauty shop with his sisters, but after I saw how great Andrea did his hair I started taking my girls there as well!!

This was the worse experience ever!! My 16 y.o. son left the shop in tears on Saturday!!! A photo was shown of himself and what he wanted done based off of his last cut and what was done was the complete opposite! A high and tight!!! An uneven messy one at that. And when I went over to the chair to have my son just leave – the barber tried arguing with me telling me that the photo wasnt even of my son! And continues to try to cut even while I’m telling him we are done here!

Asked her for a medium fade and just to trim the top a bit, gave her a complete description of what I wanted and how it should look…. ended up getting a high and tight about 3 inches taken off the top. Told her that’s not what I wanted, then she proceeded to tell me it will grow back before my wedding. Very disappointed use to love going here but she ruined my experience there never going there again. Thanks blonde lady, first chair on the right!

Awful. Think they know better than you what you want done to your hair. Rushed, unprofessional, and behind the times. Doesn’t deserve to be in business, I’m shocked they’ve stayed open this long. The stylist said I looked apprehensive about two minutes into the cut, and she just said to relax because she’d been cutting hair for 19 years. It certainly didn’t seem like it. 19 year olds have given BETTER haircuts.

My husband went in there for a haircut on Saturday and specifically told them what he wanted. The barber left his high fade cut unfaded, in LAYERS! Then she proceeds to tell him that there is no way she can blend it and sends him on his way. I am shopping in the mall and my husband meets up with me, I am FLOORED by what I see. The most awful, embarrassing haircut. I immediately took him to Master Cuts for them to fix it, $20.00 later it was fixed. Absolutely unacceptable. Whoever runs this so called barber shop should surrender their business. I wish I took photos of this pathetic excuse for a haircut.

Get your story straight.ive been at the barber shop for 14 years never have I had a run in with such ignorance as this.no one tried to buy anything from him he was talking to his friend about it and I knew he was embarrassed so I tried to make a joke about pretty soon we may take food stamps for haircuts….just joking and yall went way over board.maybe if u were there with him u would know this. Cost me my job threatening to sue because he had a disability. I feel if any one takeing advantage of the system is you.how is he your son n your responsibility but the government is taking care of him?????but no sooner I left there another door opens so if u want a fantastic cut come see me at Doug’s barber shop thanks.much love to all my customers ❤

Depends who you get. Only two or three people there can actually cut hair. One lady will sit you down, whiz through your cut in about 4 minutes, just about scraping your skin off with every pass over your scalp. Then she has the nerve to ask for THREE DOLLARS to trim your eyebrows. Not to mention she also expects a tip. Here’s a tip: You need a new profession.
