They treat Groupon customers as Second Class. When I made my appointment on the phone, I mentioned that I was a new customer and they scheduled Armin (the owner) to cut my hair. I didnt mention I had a Groupon when I called. Once I came in, the lady immediately asked me if I had a Groupon, and when I said yes, she immediately shouted across the salon to Armin who was cutting somone’s hair “Are you going to be long?”. He said YES right away in a strange way. It was obvious that it was a way to let him know his next appointment was a Groupon customer so someone else would cut my hair instead of him. He was NOT running late, he finished right on time, confirming my suspicion that the lady on the counter already has an arrangement to let him know its a Groupon customer so he can get out of the appointment.

I saw their groupon listed online. I called the salon to book the appointment prior to purchasing the Groupon. They informed me that I could make the appointment & purchase the Groupon upon my arrival (awesome). She then asked me how long my hair was; I said it was long (past my shoulders). She said that there would be an additional $25 charge for having long hair.
