Much like other negative reviews, I came in for pre-scheduled appointment at 5:15. I then proceeded to wait for an hour while he was cut two other peoples hair. The guy said it would be a little bit, not over an hour. I left at 6:20 and told the guy that I needed to go. Homeboy nods his head and says “alright”. Don’t waste your time here like I did.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place is really relaxing and the barbers/stylists here make you feel at home. I saw Rob for a facial and a haircut. I’ve never had a facial before this visit but I can admit I really enjoyed myself. Rob really seemed like he knew what he was doing and even informing me what a licensed cosmetologist (which he is) is allowed to do. My skin after felt amazing and renewed. After the facial I got my usual haircut by him and as always he did an amazing job. I’m picky when it comes to people touching my hair so I’m really glad I found Rob.This place is really relaxing and the barbers/stylists here make you feel at home. This new barber shop in downtown Burbank is the place to go, everyone is very nice they are great at their work, I asked for a comb over line up and it came up perfect the hot towel shave was great and I also try the facial east access nice place to get your haircut or shaving I highly recommend this new shop
