I wanted to come on here and write a review for the professionalism the entire staff has here at the salon was outstanding. Roxy Claro did my hair and she is nothing but perfect. The way she treated me and the way she treated the other clients coming in was second to none! I truly recommend this salon and Roxy! Dont be fooled by other non credible reviews.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment this afternoon for a haircut. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the person I scheduled my appointment with, Arlis, was gone for the day. Nobody called me to inform me that she had left for the day. I understand that life happens, but common courtesy would tell you to call the client in the event they are not able to service you. It was a total waste of time. I had an appointment this afternoon for a haircut. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the person I scheduled my appointment with, Arlis, was gone for the day. Nobody called me to inform me that she had left for the day. I understand that life happens, but common courtesy would tell you to call the client in the event they are not able to service you. Critical: Quality, ValueI went here thinking they were good professionals but I was absolutely wrong . I wanted to get my Brazilian Keratina. I came got with a blow dry 2 weeks later frizzy here and was charged $200 dollars and my hair is up to my shoulders never again I don’t recommend this placeService: Hairstyling

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI called I was going to be late a few minutes late as something came an hour before. When I got there the one lady that greeted me was nice and offered water, coffee.. the stylist not a word… she was working on a long treatment on someone else which I understand I was a few minutes late, after an hour she finished the one person and prepped another that been there as well… after two hrs, lunch arrived and without a word went to eat… the owner Arli calls 20 mins later to see where I went and screaming that I need to understand I was late, I tried to get a few words in to explain I understand I was late but if that was going to be a problem, they could of asked to reschedule me but I was not going to start the back and forth so I asked to stop yelling and without being able to say another word she kept screaming and going off, I told her that not sure if she can hear me but I would not be going back to that unprofessional place she manages and hung up (what a joke!)Definitely not spending my time or money in such unprofessional place. I called I was going to be late a few minutes late as something came an hour before. Critical: ProfessionalismRoxy Claro lacks professionalism and was extremely rude. Not sure how she still has a job considering she lowers the quality and integrity of the salon as a whole. Never work with that stylist.
