No problem with the doctor. It’s the ancillary staff that aren’t doing well at their jobs. They called me a week before my follow up appointment and said they made a mistake and had to reschedule my appointment. So I rescheduled it with them via cell phone. I come in for my rescheduled appointment and there was another mixup. The person I spoke to on the phone mixed up the 24th of September with the 24th of August. So I trek across the city to find out my appointment was supposed to be the day before, no wonder I didn’t receive a phone call reminder. When I spoke to the person at check-in, she was apologetic. But I stated that they need to get it together because that’s twice that they have failed to get my scheduled appointments correct. They need to remember that when they make a mistake, it’s the patient that has to deal with it. Traveling is costly and I could have saved my money for anything else.
