Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst time to this salon. Been meaning to get a haircut for a long time but didn’t want to pay a lot of $. I also want to support local businesses. Turned out to be a great decision. Very happy with my haircut from Maureen (who by happenstance, I went to high school with). She’s very skilled, personable and friendly. I highly recommend this salon (and Maureen) if you want an affordable haircut without all the fancy aspects of other more expensive salons. Unless my personal situations changes, I’ll become a regular customer. They are also very Covid19 safety focused.First time to this salon. First time to this salon. Been meaning to get a haircut for a long time but didn’t want to pay a lot of $. I also want to support local businesses. Turned out to be a great decision. Very happy with my haircut from Maureen (who by happenstance, I went to high school with). She’s very skilled, personable and friendly. I highly recommend this salon (and Maureen) if you want an affordable haircut without all the fancy aspects of other more expensive salons. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuetldr: Brenna is terrif!After moving I went to a spa-like salon where I got a haircut that was fine, though I can do better than fine so cancelled my next appt. But that was months ago, and the cut never really did what I wanted it to do. So I read a ton of reviews, checked Insta before/afters, then decided to try Arlington Hair Salon because why spend money on another sub-par cut? Plus the reviews are great! Easy online booking, CLEAN space, lots of COVID sanitization happening, friendly vibe. Brenna did a quick trim of the bottom length. Then we talked hair goals for next time. I explained what was done previously at the other salon, and Brenna explained why it didn’t work for my hair. Furthermore, she knows that my baby-fine curly hair won’t handle most products and why. (And now I know why the baby shampoo I tried didn’t work!) Do you know how refreshing it is for someone to “get” my hair??
