Disappointed in the communication of April Lynch. I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance and the day of the appointment, just a few hours before hand, she messages me to see if I could reschedule. I was very much wanting to get my hair cut that day so I asked if someone else was available to do it. She then responded asking if I could just come earlier. I gave her the times I was able to be there earlier and she did not respond. Hours later, still no response, with me messaging her again to suggest and even earlier time. Still no response. I called the salon phone number and asked if there was something going on and if I was still good for my appointment time. I was told she was with a client and would get back with me. I heard nothing back from her and messaged her again about my appointment time to see if it was still good to come. Nothing from her. I ended up getting my hair cut at Great Clips because I never heard back. If there was a legitimate reason she needed to reschedule and told me that, I would have been more than happy to do so.

I love how Toni does my hair every time ! I had a really bad experience with a haircut at a different salon and when I called Toni for help she fit me in the next day! She was able to help me with a beautiful cut and now I see her for everything. Every time she does my hair she goes above and beyond to give me the best results !!
